鮮芝士藜麥粥食譜
材料:
- 藜麥 (紅、白、黑或三色) 1 杯
- 蘋果 2-3 個
- 鮮芝士 50 克
- 提子乾 三分一杯
- 果仁 四分一杯
- 楓樹糖漿 2 湯匙
- 原生可可粒 1 湯匙
- 乾椰絲 2-3 湯匙
做法:
- 將藜麥預先沖洗、浸過夜或數小時(將泡水倒掉),以一杯藜麥兩杯水的比例煮15-30分鐘(水分與時間可隨個人喜好調整),備用
- 切碎果仁備用
- 蘋果切細,加兩湯匙檸檬汁拌勻,放入鍋。
- 加三分二杯水,開大火煮 5-6分鐘至水乾。
- 調至小火,加提子乾。
- 隨隨攪拌,加預先煮好的藜麥與鮮芝士,輕輕拌勻。
- 加鮮芝士、蜂蜜或楓葉糖漿後熄火,輕輕拌勻。
- 可隨意灑小量烤芝麻、可可粒、乾椰絲、碎果仁等。
「鮮芝士藜麥粥」高蛋白,富含礦物質、類黃酮及抗氧化物質,是無麩質的美味健康主食。
Quark Quinoa Porridge
Ingredients:
- Quinoa (red, white, black or tricolour) 1 cup
- Small Apples 2-3
- Golden Sultanas 1/3 cup
- Mixed Nuts 1/4 cup
- Honey or Maple Syrup 2 tablespoons
- Cacao nibs 1 tablespoon
- Dried Shaved Coconut 2-3 tablespoons
- Quark Fresh Cheese 50g
Method:
- Prepare quinoa in advancing by rinsing, soaking overnight or for several hours (discarding soaking water) and cooking in proportion of 1 cup quinoa to 2 cups water for 15-30 minutes (water and cooking time can be adjusted according to personal preference)
- Coarsely chop the nuts
- Dice apples, sprinkle 2 tablespoon lemon juice, and pour into a pot
- Add 2/3 cup water and cook in high heat for 5-6 minutes until water is cooked off
- Reduce to low heat and add Sultanas
- Stir and mix in cooked quinoa
- Add fresh cheese, mix well
- Add honey or maple syrup
- Turn off heat and mix well
- Spoon into a serving bowl and freely sprinkle roasted sesame, cacao nibs, shaved coconut and chopped nuts
