Chia Seeds with Bee Pollen and Honey recipe

- 奇亞籽一湯匙;
- 蜂花粉一湯匙;
- 優質蜂蜜一茶匙或隨意
做法:
- 放一湯匙奇亞籽入杯子;
- 加一湯匙蜂花粉;
- 加清水一杯;
- 用瓷羹拌勻;
- 靜止15分鐘令奇亞籽充份吸水膨脹;
- 飲用前,加入適量蜂蜜調味;
- 一道清甜美味、營養豐富的健康飲品完成。

Ingredients (for one person):
- Chia seeds 1 Tbsp
- Bee pollen 1 table spoon
- Premium honey 1 table spoon
Method:
- Add 1 Tbsp chia seeds into a glass;
- Add 1 Tbsp bee pollen;
- Add water to fill the glass;
- Stir all the contents;
- Leave for 15 minutes until chia seeds expand after absorbing water;
- Add honey and stir before serving
