有機100%蕎麥麵 Organic 100% Buckwheat Soba (200g)
食用方法：煮滾 8 杯水，加入蕎麥麵，待水再滾時加入一杯涼水，然後水再滾時又加一杯涼水，總共2-3次，將麵煮至熟而但不爛，然後將麵撈出用冰水過冷河。這時可配蕎麥麵醬汁當冷麵食用，或加入熱湯當湯麵，或混合蔬菜肉類燴成小鍋菜。
Mitoku 100% soba is a rare product made entirely of whole organic buckwheat flour. Gluten-free and of very high quality, it is a good substitute for wheat noodles and pasta. The cooking of buckwheat noodles is very simple and similar to the cooking of dumplings or Shanghainese soup noodles.

Use suggestions: Bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add noodles and stir once. When the water returns to a rapid boil, add 1 cup cold water. When the water returns to a boil, add 1 cup cold water again. Repeat this process one more time until the noodles are cooked through, but still al dente. Test frequently to avoid overcooking. When cooked, remove noodles from pot and immediately rinse under cold running water until cooled. Can serve as cold noodles with a Japanese soba sauce, or serve in a hot soup, or cook together with vegetables and meat into a pot of stew.
