抹茶是上等嫩綠茶葉，磨成細滑粉末而成，不經發酵。這種綠茶葉在收成前數星期已被遮蔭避免陽光直射，確保茶葉保存更多的葉綠素，蒸乾後磨成粉末，所含抗氧化物質包括綠茶素（又稱兒茶素）比其他綠茶多很多倍。

飲用方法：一茶匙粉末加60毫升熱水 (約攝氏80度)，用茶筅/百本立 (茶刷子) 打勻至出泡沫。可隨意加減水量。

注意：抹茶含有咖啡因。

Matcha is very high quality unfermented young green tea leaves ground into powder.  Direct sunlight is avoided several weeks before the leaves are harvested to retain the maximum amount of chlorophyll.  The leaves are ground after steaming and drying.  They contain many more times catechins (especially EGCG) than other forms of green tea.  Catechin are polyphenols rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients: Organic Matcha Powder

Suggested use: Add one teaspoon powder to 60ml of hot water (around 80 degrees Celcius).  Use a Matcha tea brush to beat the mixture until it foams and bubbles.  Can adjust water volume as needed.  

Note: Matcha contains caffeine.
