有機椰花糖 Organic Coconut Flower Sugar (150g)
椰花糖來自椰子花的蜜漿,是果糖與GI較低的食糖。椰樹開花後,把花剪開便會有漿液流出,這是用來長成椰子的營養庫。採集漿液將糖漿過濾、加熱、烘乾,揮發後的結晶體就是椰花糖。

Coconut flower sugar comes from the sap from coconut flowers and is relatively low in fructose and Glycemic Index. After the flower buds are cut open, sap which nourishes coconuts oozes out. After collecting the sap, filtering, boiling and drying, the remaining sugar crystals become coconut flower sugar.
