HH MSM vegetable capsules contain MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, of the highest purity.  MSM is an organic sulphur compound that can be taken orally or applied externally for numerous benefits.  

When taken orally as a supplement, it helps to reduce inflammation and ease joint pains from wear and tear.  It also provides the sulphur needed by the keratin protein that makes up our hair, skin and nails.   By reducing inflammation and boosting keratin, it contributes to healthier hair, nails and skin conditions.  It is also reported to helpful for relieving the runny nose and itchy eyes symptoms of rhinitis.  

When applied externally to the skin - and this can be done by pulling apart the capsules and pouring out the powder onto the skin, mixed with a little water, or added to a hand or foot bath - it can smooth scars and stretch marks, reduce wrinkles from premature ageing, soothe sunburns and other symptoms of inflammation, and aid in wound healing. 

Each 1 HH capsule provides 520mg pure MSM.  It is expected that 2 capsules, or about 1/4 teaspoon powder a day,  gives a visible positive change for skin and nails after 2 weeks, and for hair after 4 weeks.  The skin becomes softer, with increased radiance and reduced wrinkles.  Hair and nails become shinier.

Recommended dosage: Take 1-4 capsules, 1-2 times per day with water.  Can pull apart vegetable capsules and sprinkle contents onto food or drinks.  

For external use, mix a little MSM powder with water and apply directly on skin.  Or add 2 tablespoons of MSM powder to 2 litres of warm water for hand or foot bath.
