Cold-pressed organic camellia oil is rich in oleic acid (mono-unsaturated omega 9 fatty acids) and has nutritional benefits similar to those of olive oil.  It does not oxidise easily and with a smoke point of 220° Celsius, is suitable for cooking in medium to high heat.  Also excellent as a salad oil for all kinds of dishes.
