Organika's raspberry-flavoured Electrolytes is a hydrating supplement that replenishes the body with magnesium, potassium, calcium and Vitamin C for electrolyte balance. It works quickly to restore electrolyte balance, body temperature and normal muscle functioning after perspiration, dehydration from illness or too much intake of alcohol or caffeine.  One of its ingredients, Fibersol®, is a water soluable prebiotic fibre that supports intestinal health.  

Ingredients : Citric acid, magnesium citrate, red beet powder, potassium citrate, raspberry flavour, concentrated beet root (for colour), stevia extract, prebiotic Fibersol® soluble vegetable fibre, resistant maltodextrin, tricalcium phosphate, ascorbic acid, sodium chloride.

Suggested Use : Add a sachet into a glass of water and stir well to drink. Can also add to a bottle of water and shake well to drink.
