Japanese organic plum extract is made with umeboshi plums from the famous Kishu of Wakayama prefecture.  Umeboshi plums are an alkalinising food with strong antioxidant properties.  They contain mumefura which helps with intestinal detox and boosts the immune function.  Suggested use:

Add a pea-sized amount, or about 1/5 teaspoon plum extract to 250ml of warm to hot water and stir until well mixed. Can drink any time but if having poor digestion, should take the drink after meals.
