這款新穎獨特的爆谷由印度水蓮子製成，水蓮子曬乾後以橄欖油輕輕烤至鬆脆，只用粉紅鹽調味，成分全天然，香脆可口。全素、不含小麥麩質或防腐劑。

印度蓮子跟我們熟悉的生長在蓮蓬（果實）裏的蓮子（種籽）不同，印度蓮花的果實生長在水底的蓮莖上，貌似紅毛丹，採摘打開後像石榴，蓮子就夾在其中，檢出去衣後就可曬乾烹調，是印度傳統素食成分。
