Each pure vegetable omega-3 oil softgel contains 834mg of algae oil of which there is 250mg DHA and 125mg EPA.  The algae oil is obtained from natural micro algae grown in an ecologically closed and unpolluted system.  

In nature, DHA and EPA occur mainly in fatty ocean fish. The fish take in DHA and EPA through their diet, which consists largely of algae. Algae oil is a good herbal alternative for ample supply of omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients: DHA and EPA-rich oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., Humectant glycerine, modified corn starch, thickener carrageenan, sunflower oil, water, antioxidants (extract from rosemary, extracts with high tocopherol content, fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid), acidity regulator sodium carbonate.
