俗稱印度人參的草本 Ashwagandha 是印度古方，學名為 Withania somnifera，被阿育吠陀傳統沿用歷史悠久，是草本適應原，根部活性成份有助減壓，提升專注，補充體力。

HH 將印度人參的精華益處濃縮成素食營養膠囊，提供每兩粒有高達600毫克的根部提取物，內含42毫克withanolides活性成份以及另外200毫克的有機根粉。

Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic preparation with a long history of use in India. It is an adaptogen that helps to relieve stress, improve concentration, and boost energy. 

HH Ashwagandha comes in a concentrated form in vegetable capsules, with increased benefits from having more withanolides available than in regular root powder. 

Each 2 capsules contain 600mg Ashwagandha extract of which 42mg are withanolides, and 200mg of organic Ashwagandha root powder.  

Ingredients: Ashwagandha extract (from Withania somnifera, with 7% withanolides), organic Ashwagandha root powder, vegetable cellulose.
