Tekka is a savoury traditional Japanese seasoning made by slowing cooking hearty root vegetables and natural Hatch miso until the mixture forms a delicious crumbly powder. It can be sprinkled onto brown rice and other whole grains or onto vegetable dishes to add flavour and 100% natural goodness. To maintain freshness after opening, reseal package tightly and keep refrigerated.
