有機蒟蒻粉條 Organic Whole Shirataki Noodles (300g)
Organic whole shirataki are unrefined noodles made from the whole konjac root, also known as elephant yam. They are extremely low in calories and contain no gluten or starch. Rich in glucomannan soluble fibres, shirataki noodles are light in texture but give a feeling of fullness, making them an ideal staple for weight control. They readily absorb the flavours of any soups, sauces and dressings and can be used in place of wheat pasta and other starch varieties for any number of dishes.
Ingredients: Water, Organic Konjac flakes (4%), Calcium hydroxide.

Method: Drain the noodles in a sieve and rinse. To cook, boil for 1-2 min. Can add in soup, or fry to your desired texture, or let cool and use as a salad ingredient.
