無麥麩日本米烏冬 Gluten Free Japanese White Rice Udon (128g)
This gluten free udon made by noodle specialist Kobayashi Seimen company has a strong rice flavour and is smooth and soft in texture. It can be served with soup or as cold or fried noodles.
Ingredients: White rice*, water, ethanol*; thickeners: xanthan gum, alginic acid ester*; modified starch*, vinegar
*The rice used is grown in either Gifu or Aichi provinces of Japan. Ethanol is an alcohol preservative that will completely evaporate upon heating. Alginic acid ester is derived from the natural plant fibres of konbu brown seaweed and wakame young seaweed. The modified starch used is made from the sago plant.
