HH Lecithin is made from 100% sunflower that have not been genetically engineered or modified.  Sunflower has very high source of lecithin, which is a phospholipid composed of choline and inositol.  Phospholipids are essential for the brain, heart and nervous system.  Lecithin can aid digestion, weight control, skin issues and maintain vessel health.  It is also a natural thickener or emulsifier of fats, so that it can help mix fat with water to create a creamy texture.
