製作方法:採摘有機種植的成熟椰子,刮出新鮮椰肉,以高速離心力將油分離出來,無需化學物,溫度保持在冷榨的攝氏48度以下,保存椰子油寶貴營養包括月桂酸和中鏈脂肪酸。

環保零浪費:科技與創意確保全個椰子能再生循環使用 - 各部份可分別做飼料、塑膠填充物、肥田料、土壤混合物等,絕無浪費。

建議用法:可涼拌各種食物,加入飲品,或以高達攝氏185度的中高溫煮食。由於椰子油超過九成是飽和脂肪酸,所以不易氧化變壞,可以安心煮食用。

Production method: Raw coconut oil extracted from fresh-picked organic coconuts with centrifugal force in temperatures under 48° Celsius. No high heat or chemicals used so that original flavour and nutrients such as lauric acids and medium chain fatty acids are retained.

Zero waste eco practice: Technology and creativity ensure every part of the coconut is recycled to good use - turned into animal feed, plastic fillers, fertilisers, soil mixtures, etc.

Suggested use: Can spoon all over all kinds of foods and drinks, or used for cooking with medium to high heat of up to 185° Celsius. As coconut oil is made up of over 90% saturated fat, it is a stable oil for cooking as it is less likely to oxidise and go rancid.
