Mitoku's organic spice blends transform dishes with exciting twists. Yuzu is a highly fragrant Japanese citrus, with a tart flavour reminiscent of grapefruit with hints of orange blossom. The zest and juice of this versatile fruit are used extensively in cooking, both savoury and sweet dishes. The bright and aromatic zest can be used as garnish, baking and desserts. In addition to its intense, floral fragrance and fresh, sweet and sour flavour, yuzu also boasts high levels of vitamin C.
